There was an accident at my apartment, the building caught fire.

John
The neighbors are fine but I lost all of my snakes and most of my belongings.
Thank god I had my cameras and video equipment in the trunk of my car.
I was out on a photoshoot.

Psychologist
John, I am so sorry to hear about what happened.
Have you found a new place to stay?

John
I am just living out of my car right now, for the time being, while I look for a new place.

Psychologist
Have you tried contacting someone at The Department of Veteran's Affairs?
Maybe they could help.

John
After they put me on medical leave, I am not interested in what they have to offer outside of our appointments.
I’ll be fine.

Psychologist
Have you experienced anymore visual or auditory hallucinations?
Have you seen the person you call Denise?

John
No, no I haven’t.
Well sometimes she appears in my dreams.
But everything is OK and under control.

Psychologist
Tell me, how do you feel about what happened?

John
I’m OK. In a way I feel better than ever.
